Refunds are available within 72 hours after purchase and prior to availing of the services such as attending sessions online or offline. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as a completed online or offline session on financial advisory. The time and effort put in by the team & consultants to prepare & deliver the session are not refundable.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seventy-two (72) hours of your purchase. Please include your booking number (sent to you via email after booking) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Under any circumstance, Investors Fund Services shall be liable to refund only up to the fee paid by the client. We will complete processing your refund request within 7 to 10 working days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like a reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.
*Refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 working days. *No refunds will be provided after the services have been availed in full such as attended a financial advisory session online or offline. There will be no exceptions.
